Media accreditation

Media accreditation for the 123rd ZuckerBäckerball is now open.

Would you like to attend the ball and cover the event?

Please note the following regulations:

1. Submitting the accreditation request does not automatically entitle you to attend the event. Accreditation is considered confirmed only after you have received an official confirmation message from the organizer.

2. The organizer reserves the right to decline accreditation requests without providing reasons, especially if the maximum number of accreditations has already been reached.

3. For TV teams with multiple members, a single application by the responsible team leader is sufficient. The team leader must be present at the event.

Media Pass Allocation

The following press pass quotas apply without exception:

Journalist / Editor (Text) – 1 pass
Journalist / Editor (Audio) – 1 pass
Photographer – 1 pass
TV team (2 persons) – 2 passes
TV team (3 persons) – 3 passes

Please include in your accreditation request your name, the type of media you represent (Text, Audio, TV, or Photo), and the outlet where your coverage will be published. Please note the card quotas applicable to each media category.
