Experience the artistry of culinary craftsmanship first-hand in our show bakery, where bakers and confectioners display their skills and serve freshly baked delights. A particular highlight is the ZuckerBäcker Award, in which Austria’s finest confectionery masterpieces will be honoured under this year’s theme, “The Realm of Magicians”.

Another pinnacle of the evening is the ceremonial presentation of the Celebrity Cake, unveiled during the midnight interlude. The fortunate recipient shall be revealed by Ball-Mother Birgit Sarata in December.

In addition to dance, music, and sweet surprises, numerous program items await to render this evening a crowning jewel of the ball season.
